DanceLandFM is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the DanceLandFM website at dancelandfm.com and to our online radio stream and related services. By using the website or stream, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

This policy is written for listeners in the United Kingdom and is intended to meet the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. DanceLandFM is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

SONG REQUESTS AND ON-AIR USE

If you send a request or message for broadcast, we may use your first name, town and message on air and on the website. Do not include anyone else’s personal details unless they have agreed. Requests are optional. You can ask us not to use a name on air when you submit the request.
